Canteen is seeking a Field Implementation Manager to lead adoption and compliance of product merchandising strategies for the Southeast region. The role entails planning and executing new product launches, automating reports and dashboards, and maintaining key metrics and scorecards.

The successful candidate will train associates on data utilization across the business, with a focus on creativity, analytics, and clear communication to drive retail excellence in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business experience, preferably in logistics or retail.
• Highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain a positive and patient attitude.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• PowerBI experience preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Retail management and merchandising experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of product merchandising programs, progress reports, and presentations.
• Liaise with management and field personnel on an ongoing basis.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Identify and report project issues and provide solutions.
• Own projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met on time and per expectations.
• Analyze and prioritize growth opportunities for responsible categories, suppliers, and customers.
• Coordinate and organize resources efficiently and effectively to accomplish larger strategies and goals.
• Track and present data for use in negotiations and presentations.
• Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.
• Consistently display strong integrity and ethics.
