Job summary

American Greetings Corporation seeks an Installation Supervisor to oversee a field crew responsible for installing and relocating retail fixtures and performing repairs for our partners. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work, and reports to Field Management to ensure programs and initiatives are executed to standard.

The position involves coordinating with store management, maintaining budgeted project scopes, and analyzing Power BI reports to support capacity

Qualifications

• Leads a crew for installation and revisions.
• Manages scheduling and workload allocation.
• Ensures safety and quality standards are met.
• Interprets Power BI reports for territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and evaluate crew members.
• Build a cohesive merchandising and fixturing team.
• Utilize scheduling apps to manage installations and revisions.
• Maintain communication with Field Management during remodels.
• Ensure installations meet budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Operate installation tools and handle fixtures and repairs.
• Review Power BI reports for capacity planning and shipments.
• Maintain and use a company vehicle for business use.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
