Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Imaging Service Technician III to support University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland, Ohio. This field-based role travels between multiple healthcare locations using a company vehicle, and travel between sites is essential.

You will service, calibrate, and maintain diagnostic imaging and radiation equipment, ensure regulatory compliance and cybersecurity readiness, and mentor colleagues while collaborating with clinical teams to minimize downtime and improve patient

Qualifications

• Advanced experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of imaging systems, electronics, and troubleshooting.
• Regulatory compliance experience with audits and safety.
• Willingness to travel across the Cleveland-area health system.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced inspection, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and maintenance of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support safety initiatives, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering professional development.
