Job summary

Heartline Staffing seeks an Imaging Service Engineer 3 in Cleveland to maintain advanced diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair systems, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high uptime for patient care.

This senior individual contributor role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship of junior staff, with onsite duties in Ohio and collaboration with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related experience required.
• Advanced technical knowledge of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment.
• Experience inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and maintaining medical imaging equipment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and equipment safety standards.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory activities.
• Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced inspection, troubleshooting, repair, calibration and preventive maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Support imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment reliability and performance.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective repairs.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve equipment problems affecting patient care and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and equipment safety requirements.
• Maintain service documentation and support audits.
• Provide mentorship to other staff members and support purchasing/resource planning.
