Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking an I&E Construction Foreman to lead field activities at Oil & Gas facilities, well sites, pipelines, and related sites in Texas. You will supervise contract crews, coordinate with operations and engineering, and ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery of electrical and instrumentation work.

The role requires strong leadership, reading electrical drawings, and experience with BOMs, SOWs, and cost tracking.

Qualifications

Five or more years of progressive electrical and instrumentation construction experience in Oil & Gas or related industries.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, loop diagrams, P&IDs and material lists.
Experience leading field crews and coordinating contractors on multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

Lead daily field execution of I&E construction, installation, maintenance, and capital project activities.
Supervise contractors and field crews performing electrical, instrumentation, conduit, cable tray, and testing work.
Plan work activities, coordinate manpower, equipment, and permits, and track progress against schedules.
Review drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
Maintain BOMs, assist with SOWs, and monitor project costs and spending.
Promote safety, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce lockout/tagout and other safety procedures.
