Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• Current EPA Certification and proficiency in soldering and brazing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems for optimal performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid future equipment failure.
• Manage full lifecycle of service calls from dispatch to documentation.
• Start-up, testing, and calibration to meet manufacturer specs.
• Keep service vehicle organized and stocked for daily operations.
