Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a skilled Field Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems in commercial environments. You will operate independently, support customers, and contribute to sales opportunities through technical expertise.

Responsibilities include conducting routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing complex issues, and ensuring documentation is accurate. The role requires travel to sites, adherence to safety guidelines, and a focus on quality service.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, diagnosis and repair of refrigeration, heating & air-conditioning systems in supermarkets, convenience stores and cold storage facilities.
• Develops first-line customer relations and identifies potential sales opportunities.
• Maintains vehicle inventory and completes paperwork accurately and on time.
• Identifies, diagnoses and repairs issues using basic tools and test equipment.
