Job summary

Hussmann Corporation seeks an HVAC/R Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain refrigeration, heating, and air-conditioning systems in supermarkets, convenience stores, and cold storage facilities. You will work independently, build customer relations, and identify sales opportunities while ensuring equipment reliability.

The role involves handling parts, using hand tools and sensors, and performing temperature testing and repairs on complex HVAC/R systems.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required or preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, diagnosis and repair of refrigeration, heating and air-conditioning systems in supermarkets, stores and cold storage facilities.
• Operate with minimal supervision and develop first-line customer relations while identifying sales opportunities.
• Manage truck inventory, order parts, maintain vehicle and complete paperwork accurately.
