Job summary

Kelso Industries is hiring HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians for our Houston, TX operations. This full-time field role maintains commercial and industrial HVAC systems across diverse building types.

You will complete scheduled maintenance, diagnose issues, read diagrams, and keep thorough service records while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Eligible candidates have HVAC training and 1+ years’ experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC training or certification preferred.
• 1+ years in HVAC maintenance or service.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across platforms.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer docs.
• Update clients and team on service findings and next steps.
• Maintain service records of work, parts, and conditions.
• Work safely, complying with codes and company policy.
