Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc is seeking an apprentice to gain HVAC knowledge and perform on client sites under the Service Technical Academy. Apprentices will be trained and will work on HVAC equipment and controls, with mentorship and opportunities for advancement.

You will provide solutions to improve building performance and ensure safety on site. Requirements include 1+ years of industry experience or HVAC servicing, union membership willingness, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience or servicing HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems and facilities management.
• Strong interpersonal and ethical customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to join UA Journeymen & Apprentices union.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites.
• Provide solutions and recommendations to improve facility efficiency.
