Job summary

Acadian Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist-Facilities to support Henry, Louisiana operations and related field sites.

The role emphasizes knowledge of aerospace fabrication, construction operations, and OSHA 501 standards, with a focus on risk assessment and incident investigations. The successful candidate will work under the HSE Manager, helping advance HSE culture, conduct MS assessments, and ensure adherence to client and regulatory requirements across fabrication

Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in fabrication and construction.
Must be able to work away from a primary office location with minimal supervision.
Strong planning, time management, and communication skills are essential.
Ability to interact with personnel at all levels and follow safety requirements.
Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.

Responsibilities

Provide facility HSE coverage for Henry, Louisiana site and occasional away sites.
Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and CAP development.
Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
Lead HSE orientations, inspections, and audits as part of MS implementation.
Record and track action items, and verify closure with site leads.
