Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an entry-level HSE Specialist I to support health, safety, and environmental programs on active construction sites. The role collaborates with internal teams, regulators, and customer representatives to promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with standards.

You will participate in audits, site inspections, and training, contributing to incident investigations and the development of safety plans.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities.
• Support and promote the safety program and incident prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Help prepare and deliver safety meetings and training.
• Develop and review job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support investigations and communications for incidents and near-misses.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards and objectives.
• Promote HSE goals across projects for safety and productivity.
• Assist in developing routine HSE project plans and specifications.
