Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an entry-level HSE Specialist I to support health, safety, and environmental programs in field settings. You will collaborate with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and client representatives to promote a safe work environment.

Requirements include a 4-year related degree or a high school diploma with 4 years of related experience, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and STS-C, with up to 100% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Oracle preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with internal teams, client reps, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities.
• Support and promote the company’s safety program and incident-prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and job-site safety meetings.
• Deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
• Develop and review job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support investigations of incidents, near-misses, and claims.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards, programs, and objectives.
• Promote HSE goals across projects to ensure safety and productivity.
• Assist in developing HSE project plans and specs.
• Provide input for audits, inspections, evaluations, and investigations.
• Maintain required reports to meet corporate and regulatory standards.
