Job summary

DeBusk USA HSE Nitrogen Services is seeking a Division HSE Manager to lead and coordinate HSE in the field and across nitrogen operations, branches and client projects. You will drive compliance with OSHA, DOT and company safety standards, conduct audits, develop training programs, and mentor safety personnel across districts.

Travel is required to support safety initiatives and incident investigations. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and the ability to build safety cultures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HSE preferred with 10+ years in HSE roles.
• OSHA/Construction and General Industry knowledge.
• Experience leading safety teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE audits and inspections.
• Create CBTs and SOP training for division.
• Manage training matrix oversight and execution.
• Monitor branches to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Assist in implementing safety policies in line with OSHA/DOT rules.
• Lead incident reviews and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Travel overnight for projects and audits.
