Rosendin is seeking an HSE Manager I to lead site safety programs on active construction projects across the United States. This mid-level role emphasizes field-based safety leadership, plan implementation, hazard identification, incident investigations, and mentoring junior staff.

The candidate will collaborate with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe, productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior safety staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and correct hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and develop site safety plans.
• Deliver safety training based on program needs.
• Lead investigations and share lessons learned.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure safety compliance.
• Review procedures and issue permits.
• Apply NFPA 70E PPE guidelines and approach distances.
• Mentor junior safety team members.
• Analyze safety data and prepare regulatory-compliant reports.
