Job summary

Potomac Testing, Inc. is seeking an Area Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to support field services across multiple locations in Ohio. The role focuses on coaching technicians, identifying risks, and ensuring effective HSE program implementation in the field.

With 3–5+ years in HSE roles and OSHA knowledge, you will lead safety initiatives, conduct JHAs, and drive incident investigations while collaborating with operations and clients on safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in health, safety, and environmental roles with field experience.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or regional operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, STS/CHST/OHST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field safety leadership and support across locations.
• Coach technicians and site leaders on safe work practices.
• Conduct safety observations and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and clients on HSE matters.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
• Track incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Interface with operations and safety leadership to align goals.
