Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior HR leader to mentor field HR staff, guide career development, and drive the Key Craft Program across its Power district sites in North America. You’ll partner with senior HRBPs to execute annual HR cycles, talent reviews, and workforce planning.

You will influence culture, support project milestones, and lead HR processes across multiple sites with a focus on safety, integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu.
• 2+ years of HR generalist experience across disciplines.
• 4+ years of professional work experience.
• Ability to work full time in the office.
• Ability to travel regularly to project sites.
• Ability to analyze data and present recommendations to leaders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide field HR specialists across project sites.
• Coaching and professional development for early- and mid-career HR professionals.
• Support consistent execution of HR processes, policies and compliance.
• Partner with construction leadership to align HR support with milestones and staffing.
