Job summary

Milender White Inc., based in Orange County, California, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as the embedded, front-line people partner across the Milender White businesses. The role covers Denver, Southern California (Newport Beach), and San Diego, and is hands-on, working with leaders, managers, and project teams.

The HR Manager will implement the people strategy, coach managers, resolve employee relations matters, and ensure compliance in multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Experience supervising or mentoring at least one HR team member.
• Experience with CA/CO employment law in a multi-state workforce.
• Proficiency with an enterprise HRIS and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line people partner to leaders, managers, and employees across markets.
• Coach managers on performance, conflicts, and development.
• Ensure compliance on wage/hour, leave, and reporting across CA/CO.
• Lead HR programs: performance cycles, onboarding, compensation, development.
• Supervise and develop one HR Generalist; ensure consistent HR delivery.
