You will oversee onboarding, retention, leadership development, workforce planning, compliance, and associate relations, traveling up to 50% to support operations, with regular onsite presence.

The role emphasizes coaching managers, ensuring policy execution, and partnering with Area HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Staffing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Professional certification in SHRM or HRCI preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment law.
• Ability to travel 50% overnight.
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead local associate experience, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts.
• Develop leadership skills and succession planning.
• Provide HR analytics to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Penske policies.
• Coach managers on policy execution.
