Responsibilities

• Lead local associate experience, onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Area HR Manager on start-up activities for new business.
• Ensure compliance with policies, programs, and wage/hour laws.
• Provide HR analytics to operations leaders and coach managers.
