Omninet Capital LLC seeks an HR Manager to serve as the dedicated business partner to our multifamily portfolio. This field-facing role focuses on employee relations, manager coaching, training, engagement, retention, and talent acquisition across a dispersed hourly workforce.

Also backup for multi-state payroll processing when needed. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, empathy, credibility with property teams and senior leaders, and a strong understanding of multifamily operations.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of HR experience with employee relations and investigations.
• Direct HR experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience coaching frontline and mid-level managers.
• Hands-on multi-state payroll processing; Rippling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law.
• Ability to travel ~20%.
• Bachelor’s degree; certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR partner for performance concerns, policy violations, and workplace issues.
• Lead investigations from intake through findings and closure.
• Advise on corrective action, performance improvement plans, and staffing.
• Coach regional and property leaders through difficult conversations.
• Design and deliver training for multifamily leaders and staff.
• Oversee payroll processes and continuity; Back up multi-state payroll.
• Support policy updates and ensure compliance across markets.
