Job summary

Unicare Home Care is seeking a Home Care Marketer / Business Development Associate for an immediate full-time role. The position is primarily field-based with significant travel within the local area.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include building referral relationships, delivering presentations, enrolling Medicaid eligible individuals, and generating patient referrals.

Qualifications

• Previous health care marketing experience; Home Care preferred.
• Knowledge of Home Care / Medicaid eligibility.
• Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and general computer proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong follow up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources.
• Conduct individual/group presentations for health care professionals, seniors and others to reach Medicaid eligible home care patients.
• Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals to contract sources.
• Generate home care patient referrals from existing and potential accounts.
