Job summary

Irving Oil is seeking a Field Helper to work with a licensed Fuel Delivery Driver, supporting the safe and efficient transport of petroleum products. You will assist with loading, manual labor, and on-site tasks while following safety protocols and collaborating with the driver to deliver products to customers.

The role emphasizes a strong safety culture, on-the-job training, and opportunities to contribute to community initiatives and employee wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ Commercial Transportation experience.
• Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong safety focus required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with items loaded off the trucks.
• Assist with manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and delivering items.
• Assist the driver with equipment as needed throughout the day.
• Help hold items in place during operations.
