Irving Oil is hiring a Field Helper to support a licensed Fuel Delivery Driver in transporting petroleum products. You will perform physical tasks, assist with loading, and ensure safety while helping the driver deliver to customers.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliable on-site support near your home location. The position offers on-the-job training, competitive compensation with an annual bonus plan, a 401k match up to 4%, and a sign-on bonus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 2 years’ Commercial Transportation experience.

Mansioni

• Assist the driver with items loaded off the trucks.
• Assist with manual labor components including lifting, carrying, holding in place and retrieving/delivering items.
• Assist the driver with all equipment as needed throughout the day.
• Assist with helping to hold any necessary items in place.

As a Field Helper, you will work alongside a licensed Fuel Delivery Driver to support the safe and efficient transport of petroleum products. Your goal will be to assist the driver by performing physical labor, paying attention to safety protocols, and a willingness to assist with both vehicle operations and on-site tasks. Your success will be determined by your collaboration with the driver on delivering the product to the customer.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with any items that need to be loaded off the trucks

Your Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ Commercial Transportation experience

The expected hourly range for this position is $18.00-$21.60 Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
