Job summary

Accelera seeks a Mobile Heavy Equipment Technician to ensure the operational readiness and safety of truck-mounted lifting systems in demanding field environments. You will diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures, perform preventive maintenance, and provide rapid on-site troubleshooting with clear reports for fleet managers.

CDL is required or obtainable within 60 days of hire. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with cranes or forklifts, strong diagnostics skills, and

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on heavy equipment maintenance experience with cranes or forklifts.
Strong hydraulic, electrical diagnostic, and mechanical repair skills.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions; CDL or ability to obtain CDL within 60 days.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures on articulating cranes, conveyors, and lift equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and annual DOT safety inspections to keep fleet compliant.
Provide rapid on-site troubleshooting to restore equipment functionality.
Document service outcomes clearly for fleet managers including parts and labor.
Maintain safety standards while managing company vehicle and toolset.
Collaborate with site supervisors to meet state and federal safety benchmarks.
