Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery (Excavators, Front-loaders, Balers, Bobcats, Bulldozers) to process, bale, and load waste materials.
• Perform daily inspections, fluid checks, lubrication to ensure peak performance.
• Clear debris from tracks and gear mechanisms daily to prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with office and field crews via two-way radios to meet site priorities.
• Step in for team members as needed to keep the site running smoothly.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain site appearance.
