Job summary

Earth Work Solutions in Douglas, WY is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support site preparation, grading, and earth-moving activities on oilfield and construction projects. You will operate a variety of equipment safely and efficiently to meet project specs and deadlines.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), 2+ years of operator experience, and a valid driver's license. Travel to remote job sites may be required; a strong safety focus and ability to work with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Preference for dozer/blade experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including scrapers, dozers, loaders, graders, backhoes, and trucks.
• Perform earthmoving, grading, excavation, and site preparation for oilfield and construction projects.
• Follow supervisor directions to complete tasks.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance.
• Ensure safe operation and report hazards promptly.
