Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a dependable Oiler (Lube Technician) to support maintenance and operation of heavy construction equipment on civil infrastructure projects. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, lubrication, fluid checks, inspections, and minor repairs to maximize uptime and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience servicing heavy equipment, possess a CDL with Hazmat endorsement, and a current DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing heavy construction equipment.
• Knowledge of oils, lubricants, filtration, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to recognize equipment deficiencies and perform minor repairs.
• Read and understand service manuals, safety procedures, and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Inspect equipment daily for leaks, wear, and fluid levels.
• Maintain oil sample records and PM documentation.
• Communicate repair needs to Equipment Managers, Foremen, and Mechanics.
• Operate service and fuel trucks safely in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and tools.
• Support project crews and promote a team-first environment.
