Job summary

MedWiz Mgmt LLC is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with facilities, ensuring service delivery and driving growth. This field role requires daily local travel within New York and occasional overnight travel, with dependable personal transportation.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinate with facility leadership and pharmacy teams to optimize medication management and patient care. Training, reporting, and expanding services are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Certified pharmacy tech (or willing to become certified).
• Minimum 1 year of account management experience, preferably in Long Term Care or healthcare.
• Proficient with pharmacy software EMAR, Medbank and Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with facility leadership and staff to liaise between facility and pharmacy.
• Serve as main point of contact for accounts, understanding needs and coordinating care.
• Provide guidance on medication therapy and compliance with clinical services directors.
• Address client inquiries, concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce new products.
• Conduct training sessions for facility staff on startups and systems.
• Provide monthly onsite visits and reporting to facilities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal pharmacy teams to coordinate services.
