Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus eight years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus five years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's plus two.
• OSHA30 certification is required or preferred.
• Degrees must be in Safety Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall health and safety direction on assigned project sites.
• Administer safety programs per policy manual and site safety plans.
• Investigate accidents and near misses, identify root causes, and implement controls.
• Plan and deliver site-specific safety training and orientations.
• Maintain project safety documentation and periodic regulatory reports.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance by all personnel.
