Job summary

You will implement health and safety programs, enforce site safety plans, and coordinate training for field personnel to ensure compliance with corporate and client standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in Safety/Construction Management with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety/Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall health and safety direction on assigned project sites.
• Administer site safety program per policy manual and safety plans.
• Document accidents, near misses and corrective actions.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and recommend hazard controls.
• Plan and deliver occupational safety training for site personnel.
• Develop and revise site safety plans and ensure adherence to policies.
• Maintain official project safety documentation and reports.
• Perform daily site inspections and support safety communications.
