Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support operations across the Central region. This field-facing role partners with operations leaders to conduct inspections, investigations and implement practical safety actions.

Expect up to 50% travel to Care Centers within the Central region and close collaboration with HR and Safety teams. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, and a proven safety background in

• Strong safety foundation and ability to work with people across operations.
• Experience with workplace inspections, incident investigations and job-hazard analysis.

• Conduct workplace assessments and inspections across the Central region.
• Support incident investigations and help identify practical preventive actions.
• Provide timely field information and support after injuries and incidents.
• Partner with Operations leaders to translate safety requirements into practical actions.
