Centene is recruiting a Health Benefit Representative to educate individuals on enrolling in NY State of Health Marketplace plans and assist with renewals and benefit education. This field-based role covers Onondaga County and requires occasional evenings and weekends to meet community needs.

The position emphasizes accurate data entry in the CRM, privacy compliance, and engagement with diverse populations, with fluency in another language highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have prior public speaking experience.

Responsabilités

• Educate and assist individuals with enrolling in NY State of Health Marketplace coverage (Medicaid, CHP, EP, QHP, HARP).
• Explain eligibility for public programs and tax credits.
• Educate members on Fidelis digital tools (portal and mobile app).
• Describe plan features, deductibles, co-pays, and cost-sharing.
• Assist with document submission via scan, fax, or mail.
• Support renewals and recertifications for existing members.
• Record all interactions and follow-ups in CRM with accurate data.
• Maintain compliance with privacy and security standards.
