Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in managed care, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Driver's license preferred for NYC counties; mandatory for non-NYC counties.
• Must complete NY State of Health training and certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or Bengali highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospects and members on NY State of Health coverage options and enrollment.
• Explain plan features, costs, and eligibility for public programs and tax credits.
• Assist with document submission and renewals, and support recertifications.
• Maintain CRM data and track activities; follow up on leads and enrollments.
• Participate in trainings, community events, and ACA-related forums.
