Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks an HDD Operator/Locator for Northern Wisconsin to install and locate underground cables using HDD methods. This role requires reading prints, operating Vermeer or Ditch Witch units, and ensuring safety at rural and urban sites.

Responsibilities include bore profile maintenance, equipment inspection, and collaborating with the HDD crew. A valid Class A CDL is required, with travel and field work a core part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to read prints and schematics.
• Willingness to train and mentor other team members.
• Valid Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Operate HDD equipment for installation of underground cable and utilities.
• Ensure proper steering based on job preparations and projections.
• Operate machinery to align and adjust to grade specifications.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide drilling data to customers.
• Follow safety procedures and attend mandatory safety meetings.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance.
