Job summary

PUSH, Inc is seeking an HDD Operator/Locator to install underground cabling in Northern Wisconsin. The role involves operating directional bore equipment, reading prints, and mentoring other team members in rural and urban settings.

Expect to work outdoors, travel away from home, and perform equipment maintenance while following safety standards. CDL Class A is required, with pre-employment screenings. Strong teamwork and adaptability are valued in this field.

Qualifications

• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural/urban areas.
• Ability to read prints and schematics.
• Ability to train and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Operates Directional Bore equipment for underground cable installation.
• Ensure proper steering based on job prep and projections.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide drilling data to customers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.
