Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services is hiring a Technical Services Chemist in Newington, NH. The role involves hands-on handling, packaging, and labeling of hazardous waste for safe transport and disposal, with compliance-focused practices and field-based work.

You will classify materials, process regulatory documentation, and work with internal systems. A CDL with hazmat endorsement is required within six months, and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Previous lab packing experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of hazardous waste regulations and readiness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Classify, identify, package, and label hazardous waste for safe transport and disposal.
• Process documentation to meet environmental regulations and internal procedures.
• Unpack hazardous materials at plant locations when needed.
• Sample and analyze container contents.
• Use internal software systems to research, record, and manage data.
• Drive a 26‑ft box truck after obtaining Class B CDL.
