The YMCA of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Part-time Field/Gym Facilitator to ensure safe, engaging youth sports environments and to support coaches, parents, and participants. This role emphasizes promoting the YMCA values and maintaining a welcoming space for games and practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, assisting with operations, and participating in meetings and trainings as part of a collaborative team dedicated to youth development.

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)
