Job summary

YMCA at Franklin is hiring a Family Services Coordinator in Franklin, Tennessee. This full-time role oversees youth programs, supervises staff, and delivers engaging activities for children aged 2–11. You will work with families, maintain safe facilities, and handle day-to-day operations.

A high school diploma is required; CPR/First Aid within 30 days, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred. This is a rewarding role in our community-focused YMCA.

Qualifications
