Job summary

The YMCA at Green Hills is hiring a Youth Activity Center Staff member to engage kids ages 6-12 in a safe, fun environment. This part-time role focuses on creating positive experiences and building lasting connections within a lively after-school setting.

You’ll lead activities, supervise play, and communicate with parents to ensure a great experience while staying safety-focused. A high school diploma and strong people skills are required; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)
