Harper is seeking a field marketing leader to own end-to-end GTM execution across verticals, working with sales, product, and engineering in the real market. You will meet customers on-site, run events and partnerships, and translate field feedback into scalable demand-generation and automation strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, growth, demand generation, sales, or a closely related GTM role
• Proven experience launching or scaling new markets, verticals, or regions (B2B/SMB/services-heavy)
• Ability to translate field insight into clear GTM playbooks and scalable processes

Responsibilities

• Own vertical GTM execution: launch and scale field marketing across verticals; learn buyer behavior and objections; build repeatable playbooks
• Meet customers on-site, attend industry events, host roundtables, build partnerships and identify effective channels
• Translate field insight into messaging, landing pages, demand-gen strategy; work with sales/engineering to automate and scale
