Job summary

Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking a Field Representative Assistant to support the Senior Field Representative in accepting non-cash gifts and transporting donated items to the thrift store network. You will work with store staff to price and merchandise donated goods and ensure proper receipts and safety.

The Field Representative Assistant works closely with thrift store staff to price, merchandise, and manage donations while ensuring accurate non-cash receipts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Field Representative in picking up and transporting donated items from donors to the thrift store assigned.
• Assist in the upkeep of the thrift store warehouse.
• Familiar with the process of non-cash gifts including issuing receipts to donors.
• Ensure proper appearance and care of equipment used in the non-cash area.
• Ensure safety precautions are taken when transporting items.
• Represent the organization positively to customers, donors, and the public; provide exceptional customer service.
