Job summary

Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking an Assistant Thrift Store Manager to oversee thrift store operations, pricing, displaying and selling inventory, and donor relations in the manager's absence. The role also handles deposits, reports, and documentation.

The position is eligible for overtime pay and requires 2 years of retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Salary is $19.50/hour with openness to community partnerships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise thrift store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Cross-train to cover Store Manager duties and supervise staff.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure store security.
• Assist in pricing and marketing merchandise; coordinate with programs and the public.
• Familiar with non-cash gifts process, donor relations, and volunteer coordination.
• Represent the Youth Ranches positively to donors, customers and the public.
