Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee thrift store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Cross-train to cover Store Manager duties as needed.
• Supervise store staff and perform administrative tasks.
• Ensure store security and accurate deposits and reports.
• Assist in pricing, marketing, and merchandise presentation.
• Coordinate volunteer program and donor relations.
• Represent the organization positively to the public and donors.
