Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 0–3 years of related work experience.
• Strong written, verbal and telephone communication skills; accurate field notes.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on job sites, document procedures with notes and photos.
• Prepare daily/weekly field reports with figures, photos, and summaries.
• Monitor drilling and test pits; produce soil/rock boring logs with classifications.
• Collect geotechnical and environmental soil samples; use field instrumentation.
• Travel to project sites; follow health and safety plans; coordinate with contractors.
