Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently lead project teams to achieve project and client goals and objectives.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and financial acumen.
• Proficient computer literacy including the MS Office 365 suite and ability to learn software for financial management and client needs.
• Familiarity with geotechnical analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of project teams with focus on delivery, quality, financials and safety.
• Ensure projects meet project, client and regulatory objectives.
• Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle: cost estimating, scheduling, subcontracting, resourcing, planning, execution and financial management.
• Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge of codes and professional standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, field staff and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners and regulators.
• Coach and mentor staff for high‑quality project tasks and deliverables.
• Plan and manage field investigation programs for geotechnical projects.
• Lead technical evaluations, design efforts and procurement support on geotechnical projects.
• Plan work per safety protocols and uphold company safety behaviors.
