Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Geoscientist to lead field investigations, sampling, and technical delivery across multiple projects. You will manage scope, budget, and schedules under senior direction and serve as the technical lead in geoscience disciplines.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, coach junior staff, and ensure adherence to QA/QC and regulatory requirements while advancing innovative geoscience methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geoscience, or a related field and 6–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• G.I.T. or P.G. registration is preferred but not required; active participation in a relevant professional organization is encouraged.
• Advanced technical competence in geoscience field investigations and demonstrated expertise in at least one area of geoscience practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct field investigations and sampling programs, including drilling and monitoring-well installation.
• Lead moderate-to-complex field and office scopes, integrating technical requirements, staffing, and QA/QC considerations.
• Lead EHS implementation for medium- to high-risk work and ensure compliance with site requirements.
