Pearce Services in the United States is seeking a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell tower sites regionally. This role suits independent, self-motivated individuals willing to travel.

You will perform maintenance, diagnose problems, install components, respond to alarms, and uphold OSHA safety standards. Candidates typically have 2+ years generator maintenance experience and familiarity with related electrical/mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair of generators; knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade commercial generators on cell tower sites.
• Perform performance checks and preventive maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, and controls; test proper operation.
• Respond promptly to alarms and be on-call 24/7 when required.
• Observe and mitigate potential hazards; use safety equipment and follow procedures.
