Job summary

Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical infrastructure in North America. Pearce seeks a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers in your region, ideal for independent, self-motivated professionals willing to travel.

Core duties include maintaining and diagnosing generators, installing components, reading blueprints, and responding to alarms.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and electrical components.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair generators and related systems.
• Read blueprints and specifications to install or repair equipment.
• Install fuel/water lines, pumps, wiring, and controls; test operation.
• Respond to generator alarms; be on-call 24/7 when required.
• Follow safety practices and attend safety/training meetings.
