Cat5 Resources LLC is seeking a Field Generator Technician to install, repair and maintain backup power systems for telecoms and local businesses. The role includes performing routine maintenance and diagnostics on generators and maintaining a high level of customer service in the field.

Candidates must be 25+, have a GED or high school diploma, a basic electrical knowledge, and be willing to travel with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of generator technician experience.
• Must be at least 25 years old and possess basic electrical knowledge.
• GED/High School Diploma required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, days, and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on commercial generators.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and evaluate required repairs.
• Stay current with changes across generator models and tech.
• Provide excellent customer service and safe work practices.
